Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every piece from Elite. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Lingerie, briefs, and intimates can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact and the item has not been tried on.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Return

 1. Email us at thejaguarelite@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
